New Guidelines for Covid 19 Pandemic

At Atara, we care about the health and safety of our clients and staff. We have made a few changes in our operations following Covid 19 pandemic. Please read them carefully and if you have any questions, reach out to us.

  1. Appointments will be staggered. At any time we will take 3 clients only. We are encouraging clients to phone for appointments or email hello@ataranailbar.co.uk so you are not disappointed.

  2. All clients will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about their general health when they arrive at the salon.

  3. Clients must wear mask when they are coming to the salon. If you don’t have a mask, do let us know in advance and you can buy one at the salon.

  4. We take pride in good hygiene and sanitation and this will be maintained at all times. All work surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised in between client’s appointments. All our cleaning goods are medically graded which will have the following active ingredients BS EN1276. This means the sanitiser quickly eliminates bacteria in 30 seconds and prevents cross contamination.

  5. Our staff are qualified and trained nail technicians, they will guide you in any questions you may have.

  6. All clients are required to wash their hands and sanitise with anti-bacterial gel before the treatment begins.

  7. We will be regularly updating our guidance in line with the government’s press releases and updates.
